Ceramic Kitchen Knives and Tools
Points to note - To enjoy long term use.
Point 1. Please use under medium flame (heat).
High flame will over cook under this high thermal conductivity frying pan. Please cook under medium flame (heat).
Recommend cooking at 160 degrees to 180 degrees.
The surface temperature keeps raising after pre-heating by medium flame (heat). Please reduce to low flame to avoid sticking after pre-heating.
Point 2. Please use cooking oil to prevent sticking.
Please apply/wipe oil to the entire cooking surface for the first use as shown below.
Point 3. Lower the flame (heat) after pre-heating by medium flame (heat).
The temperature keeps raising after pre-heating by medium flame (heat).
* Please pre-heat 1 min. under medium flame (heat). (150 degree C.)
* Please start to cook reducing the flame lower after pre-heat.
Please raise the flam (heat) back to medium range when the ingredient needs more to cook.
Avoid to cook under high flame (heat). The high thermal conductivity frying pan enhance to burn ingredient and stick under high flame (heat).
Points for long-term use (Maintenance)
Point 1. Daily maintenance (Remove the burnt and stains from remaining food)
Sticking burnt and stains from remaining food can be removed by rinsing warm water. For tough stains, scrub gently by use sponge after soaked in a warm water for a while.
Ceramic-coated Frying pan (To remove more heavy stain)
Gently scrub by using melamine sponge to remove heavy sticking burnt and stains from remaining food after soaked in a warm water for a while.
Point 2. Ceramic-coated Frying pan maintenance for non-stick recovery
If small scraches on the cooking surface always keep food sticking, use the melanine sponge to polish the whole cooking surface evenly.
After removing the moisture, fill with cooking oil (around 1 cm depth) and heat under a low flame (heat). When the tempreture rise to 180 degree C., once remove the oil out from the pan and dry with kitchen paper. Please start to cook with small amount of oil.
