KGZ – Cut-Off Solutions for Small Parts Machining has been released
Cut-Off Solutions for Small Parts Machining KGZ has been released. Improve the stability and easy to use for part processing.
A newly developed unique clamp achieved stable machining. It solves various machining issues such as chatter and tool damage, and achieves high-efficiency processing. It is easy to use and allows for smooth and reliable installation of inserts.
New insert grades PR20 series are available. New PVD coating MEGACOAT NANO EX grades specialize in grooving and cut-off, providing long tool life.
Besides, the lineup has 4 types of chip breakers that support various processing applications.
Compatible work materials:
Steel / Stainless Steel / Cast Iron / Aluminum Alloy, etc.
Lineup:
Insert: Width 1.3 ~ 3mm
Holder: Lineup from 10 ~ 25 and internal coolant JCTM series is also available
