The gold-colored surface makes it easy to identify the used corner. Thick layer and strong adhesion provide stable machining through suppressed wear and delamination.
• CA410K/CA415K uses a newly developed coating and carbide substrate that pursues the performance required for cast iron machining. The thick layer and strong adhesion coating improves wear resistance and delamination resistance. The carbide substrate offers excellent toughness, resists crack propagation, and suppresses coating peel-off.
